FRH Group now employs a range of 3 and 5 axis high grade CNC milling machines for high specification work.

Using our range of in-house equipment and skilled model makers, we will provide highly accurate, detailed parts and prototypes. Working directly from our customers CAD data, we can supply parts ranging from matchbox to full scale vehicle sized parts in very short lead-times from machines working 24hrs a day.

Parts can be machined from almost any model board, plastic stock or metal. Finished parts can come together into complete assemblies or ‘A’ surface block models. We can also provide models with full surface finishes applied, which are ideal as high quality visualisation models.

Working envelopes range up to X = 5.0m x Y = 2.5m x Z =1.5m with high speed machining heads (up to15,000rpm). Typical uses include small component parts, space & block models, vacuum forming tools, patterns for RIM, GRP, composite tooling and wind tunnel test models.
